Permit fees will be coordinated through the Lane County Dept. of Health and are separate from the fees for this event.

Do you have a white 10ft x 10ft canopy for this event? Note: Each booth space must be covered with a white 10ft x 10ft canopy.
Do you need Electricity or Water? Note: Electricity and Water options are not available in the Lei vendor area.

Vendor Compliance Fee - At the Oregon Aloha Festival, a $50 refundable vendor compliance fee is a crucial component of ensuring a successful and organized event. This fee serves as a deposit to ensure that vendors comply with all event guidelines, regulations, and health standards. It's essentially an assurance of commitment from vendors to maintain the festival's standards of excellence.


This fee is important because it helps cover potential damages or cleanup costs incurred during the event. It encourages vendors to adhere to all rules and regulations set forth by the festival organizers, promoting a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees. Additionally, the refundable nature of the fee provides an incentive for vendors to fulfill their obligations promptly and responsibly.


Following the event, the refundable vendor compliance fee is returned to vendors within 7-10 business days, contingent upon the satisfactory completion of all requirements and the absence of any issues or violations. This incentivizes vendors to uphold their commitments and ensures that the festival remains a positive and successful experience for everyone involved.

Please read and check each item below stating that you have read and understand the compliance item and will obey each. Failure to comply with any of the items listed will result in a forfeiture of your compliance deposit refund

By embodying the principles of Aloha and adhering to these compliance items, vendors contribute to the overall success of the Oregon Aloha Festival.


My signature below on this agreement represents my and those of my staff and employees full cooperation in ensuring that I will act with Aloha and foster unity and respect among the event attendees, fellow vendors and event staff.


My signature below also represents my agreement and those of my staff and employees to all of the terms listed above and I fully understand that by failing to comply with even one compliance item, I am subject to a forfeiture of my compliance deposit.


I have read, understand and AGREE to ALL of the terms listed above to be a vendor at the 3rd Annual Oregon Aloha Festival on August 24, 2024 in Eugene, Oregon.
