4TH ANNUAL OREGON ALOHA

FESTIVAL VENDOR APPLICATION

Welcome to the 4th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival! Whether you're a returning vendor or a new vendor to our event, we thank you for your interest in spreading Aloha to our community! Please review the application details below before beginning the application process.

There is a $25 Application fee to submit this application. If we have duplicate or repetitive vendor wares and have maxed out our number of applicants for that genre of business, we will refund the fee minus the application fee.


To avoid that, please use this form: Vendor Inquiry Form to submit your questions before filling out the application below. Once the application is submitted, we will get back to you within 48 hours regarding your approval status.

Please read and check each item below stating that you have read and understand the compliance item and will obey each. Failure to comply with any of the items listed will result in removal from the event or denied entry into the event.

My signature below on this agreement represents my and those of my staff and employees full cooperation in ensuring that I will act with Aloha and foster unity and respect among the event attendees, fellow vendors and event staff.


My signature below also represents my agreement and those of my staff and employees to all of the terms listed above and I fully understand that by failing to comply with even one compliance item, I may be asked to leave the event or forfeit my participation in the event.


I have read, understand and AGREE to ALL of the terms listed above to be a vendor at the 4th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival on August 23, 2025 in Eugene, Oregon.
