Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 4th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival on August 23, 2025! We’re planning a fun-filled, fully packed day. With that in mind, we’d love your help in making this event a continued success.

To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Basic Information, Emergency Contact Information and read/agree with the terms of the Volunteer Waiver. Volunteer opportunities exist for the pre-event set-up on Friday, August 22, 2025, as well as for the event on Saturday, August 23, 2025.

Once you’ve completed these sections, submit your Volunteer Registration Form for review. The Volunteer Team Lead will reach out to you with confirmation of your volunteer assignment.

Note: Volunteers are expected to work their entire shift to ensure the efficiency of volunteer staffing.

Volunteer First and Last Name -- Note1: This data will be verified against a photo ID (e.g. Driver’s license, school ID, work badge, etc.). Note2: An actual first and last name is required. Any other data in this field invalidates the volunteer form.
