To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Basic Information, Emergency Contact Information and read/agree with the terms of the Volunteer Waiver. Volunteer opportunities exist for the pre-event set-up on Friday, August 23, 2024, as well as for the event on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
Once you’ve completed these sections, submit your Volunteer Registration Form for review.  The Volunteer Team Lead (Heta) will reach out to you with confirmation of your volunteer assignment. Volunteers submitting their Volunteer Registration Forms by July 31, 2024, will receive a Mahalo goodie bag.
Note: Volunteers are expected to work their entire shift to ensure the efficiency of volunteer staffing.
