Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 5th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival on August 21 & 22, 2026! We’re planning 2 fun-filled, fully packed days. With that in mind, we’d love your help in making this event a continued success.

To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Basic Information, Emergency Contact Information and read/agree with the terms of the Volunteer Waiver.

Volunteer opportunities exist for the pre-event set-up on Thursday, August 20, 2026, as well as for the event on Friday, August 21 & tear down on Saturday, August 22, 2026.

Once you’ve completed these sections, submit your Volunteer Registration Form for review. The Volunteer Team Lead will reach out to you with confirmation of your volunteer assignment.

Note: Volunteers are expected to work their entire shift to ensure the efficiency of volunteer staffing.
