Volunteer Registration Form

Thank you for your interest in volunteering for the 3rd Annual Oregon Aloha Festival on August 24, 2024! We’re planning a fun-filled, fully packed day. With that in mind, we’d love your help in making this event a continued success.

To volunteer, please complete the Volunteer Basic Information, Emergency Contact Information and read/agree with the terms of the Volunteer Waiver. Volunteer opportunities exist for the pre-event set-up on Friday, August 23, 2024, as well as for the event on Saturday, August 24, 2024.

Once you’ve completed these sections, submit your Volunteer Registration Form for review. The Volunteer Team Lead (Heta) will reach out to you with confirmation of your volunteer assignment. Volunteers submitting their Volunteer Registration Forms by July 31, 2024, will receive a Mahalo goodie bag.

Note: Volunteers are expected to work their entire shift to ensure the efficiency of volunteer staffing.

Note: Volunteers must be at least 16 years old.

Volunteer First and Last Name -- Note1: This data will be verified against a photo ID (e.g. Driver’s license, school ID, work badge, etc.). Note2: An actual first and last name is required. Any other data in this field invalidates the volunteer form.

Volunteer Age -- Note1: Age is used to determine if volunteer is a minor and also to ensure appropriate volunteer assignment. Note2: If Volunteer is under the age of 18 years, a Legal Guardian must agree to the terms of the Volunteer Waiver.
