Bring your business into the celebration—early bird applications are now open for the 6th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival, where culture, community, and your next customers come together August 27–28, 2027, at Alton Baker Park in Eugene, Oregon!


This opportunity will end on October 20th, 2026.


Completing this application does not automatically guarantee acceptance or booth placement. Applications are reviewed based on merchandise/menu offerings, marketplace balance, available space, and event needs.


IMPORTANT: This limited offer expires October 20th, 2026. Vendors wishing to take advantage of this opportunity must complete the application and applicable payment requirements by the deadline.


A few changes to note: 


1. Food vendors that offer a beverage and/or dessert in your menu, you will be charged an additional beverage and dessert fee. 

2. Stage premium placement is not available for food vendors.

Thank you for your interest in spreading Aloha to our community! Please review the details below before beginning the application process.


  • Native Hawaiian & Pacific Islander businesses, merchandise, food and non-profit organizations will be given priority selection in our application process.

  • Event details: August 27 & 28, 2027 at Alton Baker Park / 100 Day Island Rd, Eugene, OR 97401 from 12P-7PM both days.

  • Vendors will not be given the option to split participation for this event, by submitting this application you are confirming that you will attend BOTH days of the event.

  • Vendors will not be given the option to sell food and merchandise in one booth unless merch is food business merch for promotion purposes.

  • Costs have already been doubled to reflect the FINAL booth fee for this two day event.

  • Food vendors that wish to sell food and beverage will be charged according to their menu.

  • Food items will be allowed on the event master menu up to 2x. That means that we will allow 2 vendors to offer and sell the same item. This does not pertain to side dishes (white rice, mac salad, etc.)

  • We WILL NOT hold space for unpaid invoices.

  • We offer two days for setup: Thursday, August 26, 2027/3PM-9PM or Friday August 27, 2027/6AM-10AM.

  • Security is present, however, vendors are highly encouraged to secure all items as the event is NOT responsible for damaged or stolen items left overnight.

  • An application fee of $25 is assessed to offset website and app fees used to process this application.

  • A refund (minus the application fee) will be given to applicants that request it within 72 hours of payment. After 72 hours, there is no refund/rollover to next years event. Refunds will be reissued up to 4-6 weeks from date of payment.

6th Annual Oregon Aloha Festival Event Requirements

Vendor Agreement

I understand and agree:
Inclement Weather Clause

The Oregon Aloha Festival is an outdoor event and may be impacted by severe or unsafe weather conditions.

If the Festival is cancelled by event organizers due to inclement weather, unsafe conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, vendor fees will not be forfeited.

All paid vendor fees will be transferred as a 100% credit toward:

  • A designated make-up or rescheduled event date, if one is scheduled; or

  • The following year’s Oregon Aloha Festival if a make-up date is not held.

Vendors will not be required to submit an additional vendor fee for the event to which their payment is transferred.

The safety of our vendors, performers, attendees, volunteers, and community remains our highest priority, and the Oregon Aloha Festival reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event when conditions are determined to be unsafe.

Refund Policy

Vendor payments are eligible for a refund request within 72 hours of payment, excluding the non-refundable application fee.

After the 72-hour period:

  • Vendor fees are non-refundable.

  • Vendor fees cannot be transferred to another business.

  • Vendor fees cannot be rolled over to a future festival.

  • Weather, travel issues, staffing problems, permit problems, scheduling conflicts, or inability to attend do not automatically qualify for a refund.
